Refund Policy

Memorable Tokens produces only the finest gifts for our customers. Our goal is to help you create lasting memories by providing quality tokens for your loved ones. Each product we select is quality checked to meet out strict standards of workmanship and design. Our designers carefully work to customize each order to your specifications with special care. Before any item ships from our facilities, it must pass a final inspection for quality and accuracy. If your order is not 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship, please contact our customer service at customerservice@memorabletokens.com. 

Due to the specialized and custom nature of the items we carry, we offer exchanges only and no refunds. Our return policy lasts until 7 days after the item is marked as delivered for damage or faulty goods only.
If you are unhappy with your order due to any defects with your item, please reach out to us at customerservice@memorabletokens.com and we will be able to assist you further. For any returns, you will be required to cover the cost of shipping, unless the reason for return is due to our company's error. To start a return, you can email us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us with any questions at customerservice@memorabletokens.com
 
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
