FAQs

Please allow 5-7 business days for production and processing of your order, before it's ready to be shipped. Due to the nature of our customized & personalized products, processing times may vary depending on the product. 

 

U.S. orders will be shipped via USPS & FedEx and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from and the local carriers available for that product delivery. 

Average transit times to the United States from our domestic warehouse is 5-7 business days. Average transit times to the United States from our international warehouse is 5-15 Business days. Average transit times for International Shipping: 10-20 Business days 

There are circumstances that are beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, holidays, inclement weather, lockdowns, etc.) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience due to unforseen difficulty. For this reason, we are unable to guarantee the exact delivery time. 

We provide tracking information for all our products, which will allow our customers to track the latest delivery information and select their delivery preferences, based on the availability offered by their local carriers.  

 

We provide a tracking number for every order. A tracking number will be sent to you via email or text once your order has shipped, based on the information you provided at the time of your order checkout.

If you have received a tracking number but are unable to see any tracking updates, please allow a few days for this information to be updated by the carrier. A shipping label is always created in advance of any delivery updates and activity, so please check back in a few days for updates.

Due to the personalized and custom products we carry, we offer exchanges only and no refunds. Our return policy lasts until 7 days after the item is marked as delivered for damage or faulty goods. 

If you are unhappy with your order or you have received a faulty item, please reach out to us at customerservice@memorabletokens.com and we will be able to assist you further. For any returns, you will be required to cover the cost of shipping, unless the reason for the return is due to our company's error.   

You are able to cancel your order without any penalty; however, you must cancel your order within 24 hours after your purchase is made, for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email customerservice@memorabletokens.com within 24 hours after your purchase, and indicate CANCEL (ADD YOUR ORDER NUMBER) using the email subject line, for us to successfully process your cancellation.   

We ship each of our products with extra care and required packaging; however, despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products may arrive damaged due to mail service mistreatment.  

If this happens to you, we apologize for the inconvenience; however please contact us at customerservice@memorabletokens.com with the following:  

· Your order number;  

· A picture of the damaged product.

Once this information is received, we would be happy to ship you another product, free of charge.   

 

Memorable Tokens is extremely excited to offer Sezzle as an effective payment solution for our shoppers, who would love to purchase a gift for their loved ones but are unable to do so, in a single payment. 

Sezzle allows shoppers to break their purchase payments into manageable installments, that can be paid back over an extended period of time, without any additional interest!

Sezzle is an applicable option for Memorable Tokens shoppers, on all purchases over $35.00 USD. If your order is over $35.00 USD and Sezzle is still not appearing as an option for you, please contact customerservice@memorabletokens.com and we would be happy to assist you further.
